ok apple. i’ve been quite loyal all these years since i made the transition from my gateway computer that lasted me MAD long. i’ve suffered through AT&T’s horrible, emotionally taxing, physically exhausting, unreasonably poor urban service (in chicago and LA). i’ve watched a macbook die in the middle of graduate school finals. i’ve watched an early ipod die a slow but honorable death. i’ve suffered the love with pride.
but. it’s starting to look like like my third iphone in three years (two in the last four months) is going to go all Noah Joad and find a better place down the river. it doesn’t make sense and it doesn’t feel fair- but he had to go in order to be free, nawmsayin? but what I’M sayin is that I’m just trying to back my phone up. update it. be on my way. and you’re making it harder than it has to be. so, in a way, maybe I’m the one who has to Noah Joad it out of Dodge/Apple?
